2

Post‑Accident and Reasonable Cause Support

We offer comprehensive support when reasonable suspicion or cause is identified, as well as in post-accident situations. Our assistance ensures informed decision-making and compliance with all documentation requirements.

3

Compliance Reporting & Record Management

We provide comprehensive support to maintain all required testing records, assist with compliance documentation preparation, and guide you through every stage of PHMSA audits and inspections.

4

Return‑to‑Duty Program Management

Employees violating drug and alcohol rules must complete the SAP evaluation, all recommended treatment or education, before returning to safety-sensitive roles. We support employee reinstatement through Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) and comply with PHMSA guidelines. The process involves a supervised test with a negative result. After reinstatement, we coordinate follow-up testing—at least six tests in the first year and up to five years per SAP guidance. We maintain documentation, confidentiality, and regulatory reporting requirements

5

Pre-inspections

Preparation for a state or federal inspection should begin well before receiving notification from the relevant agency. Initiating compliance efforts only after notification may not allow sufficient time to ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements or resolve any non-compliance issues. A proactive approach involves conducting regular audits to assess your program, allowing for the timely identification and rectification of potential issues. Enforcement officials view such measures positively when evaluating compliance. Our team offers comprehensive audit services to assist in detecting and addressing possible problems efficiently.
